NORTHEAST WINDS OF 35 TO 55 MPH ARE EXPECTED TO AFFECT UPOLU FROM 10:00 PM TONIGHT OR EARLIER AND EXPECTED TO TURN NORTH TO NORTHWEST AND INCREASE TO 100 TO 120 MPH TOMORROW.
